Terms and Conditions

Fever House attempts to be as accurate as possible in our product descriptions but we do not warrant they are error free.  From time to time there may be information on www.feverhouse.co.uk that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing and availability.

 

We reserve the right to correct any errors inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). In the event of a mistake you will be contacted with a full explanation and a corrected offer. The information displayed is considered as an invitation to purchase not as a confirmed offer for sale. The contract is confirmed upon supply of goods.

 

Every effort has been made to represent our products accurately. Some variations in colour or shape may occur but we do our best to show the exact product wherever possible.  Unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for any variations in the appearance or colour/hue of products.  All sizes are approximate.

 

Prices and availability of items are subject to change without notice.  The prices advertised on this site are for orders placed and include VAT and delivery. All prices are in pounds sterling. We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure payment server and Paypal. No credit card details are stored on our database.

 

Under the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) you have 7 days from the receipt of ordered goods to cancel the order.  If you wish to do so, you must return the goods in their original condition at your expense to Fever House, 47 School Road, Bristol, BS30 6PJ.  Please enclose details of your order with the goods, together with your reason for returning.  Please ensure that the goods are properly packaged: you have a statutory duty under the DSR to take reasonable care of the goods, and a refund may be refused if you fail to do so.

Fever House is not responsible for customer returns that are not received.  Please note proof of postage is not proof of delivery, and we recommend returning high-value items using registered post. A refund of the amount paid for the goods and the p&p will be made to your credit/debit card following receipt of the returned goods. Please note that we will not refund the cost of returning goods unless those goods are faulty.

If the goods arrive in a damaged condition you must make a note on the carrier's delivery note (where applicable) and it will be your responsibility to inform us of the damage within two days of delivery. You should notify us of receipt of faulty goods within two days of receipt by telephone or e-mail to info@feverhouse.co.uk; we will then advise what to do next.  This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

Discounted or end of line products can only be returned for repair no refunds of replacements will be made.  If you have any specific concerns relating to these items, please contact us before you make your purchase.

 

Delivery times are calculated in working days Monday to Friday. If you order after 4 pm the next working day will be considered the first working day for delivery. In case of bank holidays and over the Christmas period, please allow an extra two working days.

 

We aim to deliver within 4 working days but sometimes due to high order volume, certainly in sales periods, please allow 5 days before contacting us. We will attempt to email you if we become aware of an unexpected delay. 

 

 

At present Fever House only sends goods within the UK.  If however you have a special request please contact us with your requirements.

 

Fever House provides their services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit our shop at www.feverhouse.co.uk you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully, Fever House controls and operates this site from its offices within the UK. The laws of England and Wales govern claims relating to and including the use of, this site and materials contained within it.

 

If you choose to access from another country you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local lands. 

 

All rights (including but not limited to copyright, trademarks and any other intellectual property right) relating to the information presented on this website (including but not confined to text, logos, illustrations and photographs) are the property of Fever House or are included with the permission of the relevant owner. The material on this website may not be reproduced, published, distributed or otherwise made public without express prior written permission from Fever House or the proper permission of the right-holder. You may print out and/or download information on this website for your own personal use.

 

Fever House Ltd grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of this site. This license doses not include any resale or commercial use of this site or its contents.  You cannot use any product listings’ descriptions or prices, any derivative use of this site or its contents, any downloading or copying of account information, for the benefit of another merchant or any use of data mining, robots or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

 

This site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied sold – resold or otherwise exploited for any commercial or private gain.
